Managing sub contractors and managing Vendor Data submittals has always been an issue for most large corporations.  MPCS specializes in managing sub contractors by utilizing a basic concept.  First, we determine what criteria is needed from each of the team members and the sub contractors in order to process effective, and integrated reporting and analysis.  We then convey that understanding to them, contribute to their motivation by supporting the sub-contractor to manage his/her own work, and remove the barriers to their success.
